Appeal & Content Removal Procedure
MXS.Live is committed to maintaining the highest standards of consent, safety, and transparency for all talent featured on our platform.
If you are a performer or talent depicted in any MXS.Live content and wish to appeal the use or request removal of that content, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Submit an Appeal Request
All requests must be submitted directly to your assigned MXS.Live Talent Rep or through our designated Content Appeal Form [link or button].
Your request should include:
- The specific scene(s) or media in question
- A description of your concern (e.g., withdrawal of consent, mistaken identity, misrepresentation)
- Any supporting documentation or communication
- Internal Review & Investigation
Your Talent Rep will escalate the request internally for immediate review. MXS.Live will:
- Verify documentation and consent associated with the content
- Evaluate claims based on applicable laws and contractual agreements
- Maintain active communication with the talent during the investigation
- Decision & Resolution
If our investigation determines that valid consent was not given—or is legally void—the content will be removed from all platforms without delay.
- Dispute Resolution
In cases of disagreement regarding the outcome of an appeal, MXS.Live agrees to allow the matter to be resolved by a neutral third party, as required by content platform compliance.
